A recent survey showed that bad housing can spill over into other parts of people’s lives: affecting their relationships, their work, and their health. Part of the reason we started Eruditus was because we too had been subject to less than acceptable housing and understand the strain this can cause. Personally for us this ranged from; above market rent, bad housemates, unmanageable bills and low quality houses and rooms.

We set up EIG so that we could focus on buying, redeveloping and retaining homes under one management structure so that we could provide excellent quality homes at affordable prices for young professionals. As students, then young professionals in Birmingham, we struggled to find, apartments and or house shares that were of high quality with likeminded professionals who wanted to connect and socialise. We’re a young company which focuses on taking care of the boring stuff so its clients can get on with what really matters. We get busy worrying about the bills, council tax, cleaning, gym memberships etc... Whilst our clients take care of what really matters. THEMSELVES.

Our approach of offering uncompromised and hassle free living means we have strong tenant retention and excellent company returns. By Purchasing, redeveloping and managing our own portfolio through our Group we are certain we offer superior homes to our competition and are in a position to continually grow.
